解凍後は冷蔵庫で保管し、解凍日を含め3日以内にお召し上がりください。

The frozen shelf life is approximately 1 month from the date of manufacture.
After thawing, please store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days (including the date of thawing).

上手な解凍方法を教えてください。 / How to Thaw
冷蔵庫での解凍をおすすめしています。
・半解凍（アイス感覚）：冷蔵庫で約1時間
・全解凍（とろとろ食感）：冷蔵庫で2〜3時間
（常温の場合は、30分〜1時間程度で解凍されます）
